If log fires, a secret door and a minstrels gallery appeal our beautiful Grade II listed Country House is the place for you.  Reputedly one of the oldest properties in the area.  The Georgian House and Old Farmhouse ,the two wings of our house, can be let together to provide comfortable accommodation for 15 people or separately for 9 and 6 respectively. Set apart from the cottages, it has an extremely versatile layout and is split into two completely self contained houses 

Our three smaller cottages have been converted from 18th Century Barns. The cottages are set away from the main house around a triangular courtyard. The cottages sleep 4, 4 and 2 but dining facilities can be arranged to let out combinations of them together.

Our cottages vary in size, layout and character, they are all however exceptionally comfortably furnished and well fitted.

All cottages have the following equipment and facilities;

• Gardens or terraces (with furniture and barbeques) for their exclusive use (except Bantam Cottage which has furniture in the cottage's courtyard)
• Well equipped kitchens inc. dishwasher (except Bantam Cottage), microwave and fridge/freezer.
• Slate floors to kitchen areas
• Well appointed bathrooms and shower rooms
• King size beds in all double bedrooms  (Super King size in Old Farmhouse) and full size singles in twin rooms (full size bunks in Aylesbury)
• Excellent quality soft furnishings
• All bedding and towels included for guests listed on booking form (except cot bedding)
• Independently controlled central heating
• Flat screen TVs with Sky Freeview and DVD players
• Cot and, high chairs all available on request
• Georgian House and Old Farmhouse have laundry facilities and the three smaller cottages have a shared laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Good selection of books and DVDs
• Private hot tubs for the Georgian House and Old Farmhouse
