Just to let you know that our stay in Aylesbury Cottage was fantastic and we shall be returning very soon. Our next door neighbours who were looking after Coulscott were very friendly and helpful - even taking our dry clothes from the tumble drier and folding them up for us !!!!! Every year Coulscott gets better and better which is why we recommend you to family & friends and we return year after year. Only this year we discovered that a friend had reserved the property we wanted ! Luckily we were able to change our dates. The standard of upkeep & cleanliness are the best we have ever encountered on a self catering holiday and all of the properties we have utilised over the years have indeed been home from homes. It is peaceful and quiet in the well kept grounds, ideal for a snooze in the sun, top up your tan, read a book, etc and all this only a short drive from all sorts of activities to suit us oldies as well as the more energetic teenage members of our party. The Hot Tub in the Georgian is superb and the indoor pool is such a bonus and is a well used facility, fully complementing the excellent overall quality of the property. Please keep up the good work, we hope to return to Coulscott for many years to come.

Just a few words to say thank you for a great holiday the cottage was first class and very well looked after, at the end of a long journey it was like going home from home. We found the lady and gentleman who live on the complex very helpful and very pleasant. I would recommend the cottages without reservation and will do so when the opportunity arises.

When you go away and haven't been to a place before, sometimes you can be a little worried about what the holiday cottage is going to be like. Although for us it was just like walking into our own house. The decor was lovely, the furniture was comfortable and we had proper heating (as it was a little cold when we first arrived in Devon!). We all slept like logs, the beds were so comfortable and to be awoken by the sounds of sheep and birds was so relaxing. The swimming pool was a great hit, all the children from 1 year to a 14 year old loved it, the area to play football was great and it was nice that the children had a space to themselves when they got fed up with us adults !!! I have and will recommend Coulscott to family and friends and hope they come and enjoy your facilities. Once again thank you for a wonderful time.

Our third visit and Coulscott is better than ever. High levels of comfort and cleanliness (a wonderful bed, we slept like logs !!!) and attention to detail make this an outstanding place to stay.

The Georgian was Wonderful! Spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and with everything one could need for cooking & dining in style. Our five year old and his grandparents enjoyed it equally. Coulscott is immaculately kept, has marvellous surroundings and was a great base for both the beaches and for Exmoor. We look forward to returning in the summer.
